 Nasrat is our procurement and Material Manager and he facilitates our international materials supply services as a facilitator. Nasrat has over 28 years of experience performing key roles as part of  Construction national and international firms in Material Manager,  Procurement and Warehouses within Construction Companies.  More than 10 years of experience in Business and Information management  development. His areas of expertise include ERP-Oracle, SAP system – MM  module, and FICO.  Nasrat is well versed in small to super mega projects, and his versatile  experience has allowed him to fulfill multiple roles. Nasrat carries a Master’s in Management Information System, Bachelor’s  degree in Business Administration and Accounting. 

Assal is a planning and scheduling Manager. In addition to his experience in small and mega scale projects, Assal holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering specialized in Construction Project Management. He is a PMP certified and completed his Project Management Diploma from the American University. Assal likes comic books and spend his spare time watching comedy shows. 

Heba is a BIM Coordinator and scheduler.  Heba  has experience in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, preparing  preliminary  schedules, periodic schedules updates, resource and cost loading,  schedules and delay analysis and claims, applied on different project  types i.e. roads construction, residential buildings, schools, and HVAC.  In addition, her professional interests not only focus on the scheduling (4D), but also on the  3D modeling using advanced software’s, cost estimation (5D) and the overall project simulation.  Heba holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and Project Management Diploma from the American University.
